Death Penalty Part 2

A new poll was taken that shows that the support for the death penalty has gone down. Only 49% chose capital punishment. This shows that Americans now realise that there are other options rather than killing a human being against the Constitution. Even the states with a death penalty are putting less and less people on death row showing the nation as a whole slowly moving away from the death penalty. Many people across our nation now realize that the penalty is cruel, capricious, expensive, and it "does not reflect their values".
